    The 69th Annual Administrators' Conference will be held at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles beginning Sunday, January 31, 2021, and concluding Monday, February 1, 2021. Exhibiting will be held Monday, February 1, 2021.

    The booth fee is $350 until Friday, January 8, 2021 For booth registrations after January 8, 2021, there will be a $50 late charge.  The cut-off date for registering for this conference is Friday, January 22, 2021.

    The booth fee includes 1 table with chairs, 2 breakfast tickets and 1 lunch ticket.  Additional tables are $30 each.  There is a $25 charge for an electrical hookup. You may purchase additional breakfast tickets for $25 each and additional lunch tickets for $35 each. Booth space is on a first come, first served basis.

    The conference room rate is $124 +tax + resort fee.  The cut-off date for making room reservations is 8 am, January 15, 2021.  To receive the conference rate, please refer to the Louisiana Association of Principals Conference. The contact information for the Golden Nugget is below.

    When paying by check, please be sure to print your payment receipt due before completing the booth registration.

     **PLEASE NOTE:  You can choose to bypass payment when reserving your booth so that a company check can be sent for your booth space.  When the choice is made to bypass payment, you ARE registered for a conference booth and will be responsible for paying the entire booth fee.**
