    The LAP 26th Annual Clerical Conference will begin on Sunday, December 6, 2020, and will conclude Monday, December 7, 2020, by 2 p.m.  All school secretaries, clerks, administrative assistants, and central office staff are encouraged to attend this professional conference.

    Registration fees are $125 before November 30, 2020, and $150 after that date.  Registration fees include continental breakfast, lunch, sodas/coffee, door prizes, etc.

    2. Click  "Register Now" under the 1st option: "26th Annual Clerical Conference"
    3. Register as a Guest. Click “Continue”
    4. Enter your Contact Information. Click “Continue.”
    5. Click “Add” by the Ticket “Clerical Conference Registration. Click “Continue.”
    6. Review Your Order. Changes can be made on this page if needed. Click “Continue.”
    7. Payment Page: To pay with a school check, click the blue button that says “Bypass Payment.” Click “Continue.”
    8. Registration Information is displayed on this page. Above the words “Registration Information,” “Print Receipt” is displayed.  Click that to print the documentation to turn into the bookkeeper for payment. Click “Return to Home Page.” 

    **PLEASE NOTE:  You can choose to bypass payment when registering so that a school check can be sent for your conference registration.  When the choice is made to bypass payment, you ARE registered for the conference.  If your situation changes and you are unable to attend the conference, you MUST cancel your conference registration in writing. If the conference registration is not cancelled per the cancellation policy, you will be responsible for paying the entire conference registration fee.**

    LAP Cancellation Policy:  Refunds or credits will be given only for cancellations made in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail) to Jeanine Ford, [email protected], no later than 10 business days prior to the conference date. Cancellations received within 10 business days of the conference may receive a refund, less meal/administrative costs. No refunds will be given for “no shows” or cancellations received on the day of the conference.
